Boulevardier's Honour

An intriguing spin on the resurgent Boulevardier
  • 40ml Glenmorangie Duthac
  • 20ml French vermouth
  • 10ml red amaro
  • Garnish: thyme sprig

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass and fill it with cubed ice. Stir until well chilled and slightly diluted. Then double strain the liquid into the cocktail glass, adding a thyme sprig to finish.
